WHAT IS NATURAL CYCLE COURIER?


Natural Cycle Courier is an on-demand delivery service. We deliver goods, food, documents and anything else within the city of Winnipeg within the same day or over a 5-day period.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

WHAT DOES IT COST?


Our rates are based on distance (from pick-up to drop-off), how quickly you need something delivered and if it is oversized. Rates are provided once a delivery has been requested or by phone.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?


From your online account, the delivery will have a status marked as “Assigned”.

WHAT IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS CHANGE?


Details may be changed in your online account. Give us a call if you’re unsure.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Call 204-952-5762. If the delivery is cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, there is no charge. If the courier is on their way to the pick-up location, a same day delivery charge will apply.

IS A TIP REQUIRED? WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?


Although a tip is not required, it is much appreciated. The tip goes directly to the courier who made the delivery.

CAN I USE NATURAL CYCLE COURIER TO SCHEDULE A DELIVERY IN ADVANCE? CAN I REQUEST MULTIPLE STOPS ON A SINGLE DELIVERY?


Yes.

ARE ALL NATURAL CYCLE COURIERS ON BICYCLES?


Yes.

WHAT HAPPENS IN SEVERE WEATHER?


In the case of severe weather, we may restrict deliveries to the downtown core and surrounding area. This is a very rare occurrence as bikes can often manage better in severe weather than cars can.
